Driving Slow + Swerving + Hitting the Curb = a Dwi Arrest

Greenwich Police were flagged down by a motorist who reported a driver was swerving while driving at a slow rate of speed, and hitting the curb on East Putnam Avenue in the Cos Cob neighborhood of Greenwich.
