Cos Cob Woman Is Accused of Smoking Pot Near School

A Cos Cob woman is facing drug-related charges after Greenwich Police say she was seen smoking pot in a pipe while sitting in the Bible Street Park. The incident unfolded shortly after noon on Wednesday as "numerous children were playing in the area," according to a police report.
