WHO: The September 11th Memorial/Greenwich WHAT: Ribbon Cutting for the September 11th Memorial/Greenwich WHEN: Friday, September 11, 2015 - 9:00am WHERE: Cos Cob Park - 22 Sound Shore Drive, Greenwich CT 06830 The September 11th Memorial/Greenwich is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, September 11 at 9:00am to celebrate the completion of construction and opening of the memorial to the public. Earlier this spring, the town celebrated the initiation of construction with a groundbreaking ceremony.
