Update, 3:55 p.m. A Stamford Hospital spokesman said both passengers have been treated and released for what state police described as "minor injuries." Original Story A 23-year-old Greenwich man was killed when the car he was driving struck a construction cone near southbound Exit 3 of I-95 early Thursday.
