Medical Examiner: Three Involved in Crash Dead Before Fire [UPDATE]

Update: Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013: The Westchester County Medical Examiner's Office on Thursday listed the cause of death of Bruno Vaccarezza, 19, of Cos Cob as: "multiple blunt force injuries with fractures of jaw, rib and pelvis, lung contusions, and liver lacerations."
