The Sixth Annual Cos Cob Chili Cook Off, benefitting Neighbor to Neighbor, Greenwichis food and clothing pantry, will take place on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Diamond Hill United M ethodist Church, 521 East Putnam Avenue, Cos Cob.
