Alleged racial slurs lead to breach of peace...

A 55-year-old white man was arrested in New Canaan after a black parking enforcement officer told police he used a racial slur and referenced Ferguson, Mo., while protesting a parking ticket. David G. Liebenguth, of 17 Kent Place, Cos Cob, was arrested Sept.
