Driver in Double Fatal Crash Is Busted in Stamford

The woman who is believed to have caused the Nov. 7 crash that killed a Stamford man and a Cos Cob woman was arrested by Stamford Police on Wednesday afternoon. The Stamford Police Department's Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Squad has been searching for the suspect, identified as Felicia D. Burl, for several weeks.
