Police Bust the Driver in Double Fatal Crash That Killed a Cos Cob Woman

The woman who is believed to have caused the Nov. 7 crash that killed a Cos Cob woman and a Stamford man, was arrested by Stamford Police on Wednesday afternoon. The Stamford Police Department's Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Squad has been searching for the suspect, identified as Felicia D. Burl, for several weeks.
