Nora Stanton Blatch, the first female civil engineer in U.S. History, left a legacy of letters for her family detailing her work in China's early railroad history. Old Greenwich resident Eric Jenkins-Sahlin, her great-grandson, will speak at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Cos Cob Library, 5 Sinawoy Road about the letters and his research.
