Metro-North's New Haven Line Service Resumes Between Stamford, Harrison

Spokeswoman Marjorie Andres said service was suspended during Friday's morning rush after a downed overhead catenary electric line blocked three of four tracks in the vicinity of Cos Cob, Connecticut.
