New Haven line shut down due to downed wire

Metro-North Railroad reports that the New Haven line is shut down in both directions between Stamford, Connecticut and Harrison, New York. Spokeswoman Marjorie Andres says the suspension is due to a downed overhead catenary electric line that is lying across three tracks in Cos Cob, Connecticut.
