Stamford Mayor Heads To D.C. To Testify For Rail Help

Stamford Mayor David Martin will testify Thursday at a U.S. Senate hearing on the importance of investing in rail infrastructure -- just days after a fire at a Cos Cob remote switching control house closed two Metro-North tracks through the area.
