Greenwich Resident Faces Charges Following Argument

An argument between a pair of Cos Cob residents ended with the arrest of one on charges of disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor. Xinhua Gabriel, 37, of 3 Sayles Ct., Cos Cob, was arrested April 30 following the incident that was reported about 11:15 a.m., according to a Greenwich Police report.
