WHO: The September 11th Memorial/Greenwich WHAT: Groundbreaking for the construction of the September 11th Memorial/Greenwich WHEN: Tuesday, May 12, 2015 - 12:00pm WHERE: Cos Cob Park - 22 Sound Shore Drive, Greenwich The September 11th Memorial/Greenwich is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, May 12 at 12:00pm to celebrate the initiation of construction. Earlier this spring, the Memorial's board of directors was given final approval from the town to proceed with plans for the project.
