Police Charge Stamford Man with Violation of Probation

A Stamford man is facing a violation of probation charge after he was found near an East Putnam Avenue business. Greenwich Police arrested Michael L. Morano, 54, of 200 High Ridge Rd., after he was spotted near the Post Road Auto Body shop in Cos Cob about 10:25 a.m. May 20, according to a police report.
