Person struck and killed by Metro-North train in Cos Cob

Officials are investigating how a woman was struck and killed on the Metro-North New Haven line near the Cos Cob station Friday morning. Just after 10:30 a.m., emergency crews responded to the tracks near Cos Cob station on reports of a person being struck.
